Katie combines her background in Physiology, Sports Science, and years as an RAF Physical Education Officer with over a decade of experience helping people overcome chronic pain. Having personally recovered from long-term back pain, she developed the BEAT Pain Methodology, a holistic approach addressing Brain, Energy, Activity, and Therapy. Katie empowers her clients through education, movement, and tailored therapy—helping them regain control of their bodies and live pain-free.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. There’s no minimum commitment, and you can cancel at any time.

How do I access the platform and content?

Once you join, you’ll receive login details via email giving you instant access to the platform from any device.

Is the content live, on-demand, or both?

Both. You’ll have access to live sessions as well as a growing library of on-demand content.

Is this appropriate for beginners or people new to this approach?

Yes. Everything is designed to be beginner-friendly and suitable for all experience levels.

Do I need any equipment?

No equipment is required to get started. Katie also provides resources using inexpensive equipment, with links and clear guidance on how to use everything safely.

Is this suitable if I’m older or not very active?

Absolutely. The approach is gentle, adaptable, and designed to meet you where you are.

What if I’ve tried lots of things already and nothing worked?

Many members feel the same way. This approach focuses on understanding pain and building sustainable, long-term changes in your approach to your symptoms and life, rather than quick fixes.

Do I have to join the Facebook group?

No. The Facebook group is optional and there if you’d like extra support and connection with people who are experiencing similar struggles to you. There is a community space within the platform for those that don't use Facebook.

Do I need my doctor’s approval?

In most cases, no. If you have specific medical concerns, it’s always best to check with your healthcare professional. You're also welcome to book a call with me to discuss any concerns before joining.
